We had an amazing time shooting it and we want to thank everybody who was there. We hope to air the video very soon!

Just two more nights! The response to people wanting to be in our new videos is overwhelming. Over 50 people have signed up so far and we expect a lot more! It's going to be a blast. We can't wait to meet you all.
And it's only getting better. Not only can you be a part of the videos you can be a part of the music! Everyone who will be in our new music video can also help us in a recording. We need a crowd of metalfans
to shout/scream/grunt the grouplyrics for "Death Race" We just added this song as a special on the site (look at the left side off your screen) and try to get the feel off the song!
More news, we're selected for the first round of the Metal Battle 2012!
The 17th of February we will play in Manifesto - Hoorn and we're going to give everything we can in order to advance to the next round!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Violent Demise hopes you all had some nice holidays and looking forward to a year full of metal! We got some special news! Our song "Angels" has been featured as a bonus track on the "Metal Asylum Compilation vol.2"
This is a compilation CD of some of the most brutal bands from the United Arab Emirates! Joren, our previous rhythm guitar player moved there a while back and has been promoting us heavily with this as a result. AWESOME!
Now, we've got something special planned for you all.
In calaboration with Attitude Holland we're shooting not one but three new videos in the upcoming two months! And that's not all, you can be in them!
You can sign up on Attitude Events.tv by posting a picture of yourself and motivate why you should be in our music video's. The 10th of January this contest will stop and we will choose between the people with the highest ratings.
The first of the videos will be a promotion video for a metal radiostation in Dubai. We can't say much about it but
you will be seen all over the world ;)

We finally recovered from our gig in de Melkweg. Wow, what a show! We had a blast. We want to thank all the people who were there and Attitude Holland for making it possible!
We have a small update. Photo's of the gig can be found on our Facebook. If you have any photo's please upload them and tag us :D or upload your video's to our YouTube channel.
Also, we're almost out of Merchandise! Most items are sold out so if you want one of those awesome patches or sexy shirts be sure to order now!

Today we would like to introduce to you; VINCENT our new bass player! You may remember him as the vocalist and guitarist of Drag Cellar with whom we did a show some time ago. We will present him during our gig in de Melkweg on the 30th of October. Meanwhile you can get your first glimpses of him in this vid. We had an interview at Attitude Holland HQ. Mostly talking about Pizza and Beer. Enjoy!

We are down to our last couple of shirts, patches and guitar picks! It's been way too long since our last update, the reason for this is that a lot of things happened; In the last week of our Metal 4 Monkeys tour Daan came to us and told us he wanted to quit Violent Demise so he could put more effort in the other bands he is playing in. This came as a shock to us and we didn't know what to do. Since we're close friends outside the band as well it would be extra difficult to fill the gap Daan would leave. And so our first thought was to pull the plug out of Violent Demise.
The gig we would have in de Winston that friday was quickly renamed to "Daan's farewell gig" as well as possibly the last Violent Demise gig ever.
For us that gig was quite emotional and we all needed a break. That's why we didn't see each other at all during the summer vacation, and we didn't do anything Violent Demise related, hence the lack of updates.
But now we're happy to report WE'RE BACK!
We decided we couldn't let Violent Demise fall over some crappy emotional farewell. The thought of not playing songs like "Demons" or "Death Race" for you all was sickening. We have to continue!
At the moment we're having auditions to find a new bassplayer who will help us in our quest for world domination!
We will present our new bassplayer to you all at a very special gig. We have the honour of playing with The Other and Chainsaw at HalloweenFest in de Melkweg Amsterdam on the 30th of October. BE THERE! You don't want to miss this.

It's been a while since the last update and a lot of things happened!
First of, we have a twitter account!

Secondly, we've been on a small break from our M4M tour. Jesper is recovering from his injury and will be fine. Our gig in The Hague was played by Steven from Seven Days Remain. He learned our complete set in just 6 days! BRUTAL!
On the
21st we played in an awesome TIVOLI. We had such a blast at AttitudeFest. A lot of videomaterial was shot which you can find on YouTube. Search for "Violent Demise AttitudeFest". Here's "Angels"
Apart from video's a lot of pictures were taken as well. We're still working on updating the image gallery!

Last night we should have had our gig in the N201 - Aalsmeer. Unfortunately, just hours before the gig, Jesper broke one of his toes. Leaving him unable to play the drums for that evening nor finding a replacement on such short notice. So we couldn't play. But the rest attended the gig anyway and made a party out of it as best we could.We're working on a solution for the upcoming gigs. The gigs will continue as planned.

Last night we had a gig in Panama - Amsterdam where we supported CiLiCe! A lot of fun and a great venue. Our last couple of gigs were brutal! Tonight we will play in OJC Jonosh in Asten-Heusden. This is the home of Seven Days Remain so we expect a lot of people.
